Built on Purpose
Daffodils Nexus Hub Limited was founded on a singular conviction: that professional excellence and whole-life fulfillment are not opposing forces — they are two sides of the same coin. The firm exists to bridge that gap.
What began as a passion for mentoring younger professionals has grown into a multi-dimensional consulting practice. Through the R2PY initiative, speaking engagements, workshops, and The Wholesome Newsletter, Daffodils Nexus Hub has become a trusted name in professional development across Nigeria and beyond.
The name "Daffodils" carries symbolic resonance — the daffodil represents new beginnings, resilience, and the arrival of something better. "Nexus Hub" signals our role as the central point where industries, ideas, clients, and solutions converge.

Meet Our Founder
Mary-Anne Isioma Egwunyenga
Managing Director & Lead Consultant
Mary-Anne Isioma Egwunyenga serves as the Managing Director and Lead Consultant of Daffodils Nexus Hub Limited. A distinguished officer of the Nigeria Customs Service with the rank of Assistant Comptroller of Customs, she brings over five years of hands-on experience in modernization, institutional development, and professional capacity building.
She is an active contributor to the World Customs Organisation Data Model Project Team, has earned international recognition for her work, and is a Certified Business Analyst and member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria.
Hailing from Aniocha North Local Government Area in Delta State, her educational journey began at Mainland Preparatory Nursery and Primary School, continued at Faith Academy Secondary School, Ota, Ogun State, and culminated in a degree from Covenant University.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that true professional excellence must be matched with whole-life fulfillment — spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially, and professionally. This dual-pillar approach shapes every program and service offered by Daffodils Nexus Hub.
Mary-Anne is also an alumna of the Firebrand School, Immerse Inner Circle, SOAR Academy, The Identity Mastery Academy, The Refined Lady, and the WIMBIZ Mentorship School — and a strong advocate for volunteerism through Leap Africa, Hope Foundation, UN Women, and Oak&Teak Foundation.
